“Santorini Palace” on the route Piraeus, Syros, Heraklion

Following an announcement by Minoan Lines, the ferry “Santorini Palace” will start its round-trip service on Saturday, June 12th, on the route Piraeus – Syros – Heraklion, with intermediate calls at the ports of Tinos (only on Saturday and Sunday), Mykonos, Paros, Naxos and Santorini.

The speedboat will depart from the port of Piraeus at 09:00, every Monday, Thursday and Saturday. On the other days, i.e. Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, it will depart from Heraklion Crete at 09:00 and return to Piraeus at 18:50.

It is clarified that the approach to Tinos will be from Piraeus to Cyclades and Heraklion every Saturday, and from Heraklion to Cyclades and Piraeus every Sunday.

The ferry “Santorini Palace” is built in the Australian Austal Shipyards. It is 85 meters long and 21 meters wide. It has 4 main engines and can reach a speed of up to 38 knots. It also has the capacity to carry 1,160 passengers and 171 cars.
